How I Work

Every project starts with a conversation. You tell me what you’re working on, who it’s for, and what you need. I’ll tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit and what it’ll take. From there, the process usually looks like this:

Discovery

We talk through your project, audience, timeline, and goals. I ask a lot of questions. This is free and no-commitment.

Proposal & Agreement

I send a clear scope, timeline, and estimate. We sign a simple letter of agreement. You pay a 50% deposit to hold your spot on my calendar.

Make, Make, Make!

I work. You see drafts at key milestones, not at the end when it’s too late to change direction. Revisions are built into the process.

Delivery & Beyond

You get a complete file package: final deliverables in all formats you need, source files, and any stock assets acquired for your project. Remainder is invoiced on delivery, due within 7 days.

My Rates

Good design shouldn't be a privilege.

Small budgets deserve thoughtful, professional creative work just as much as large ones — and if this studio can't show up for the community it's built around, what's the point?

Minuscule Studio uses a tiered rate structure so that organizations and businesses at every budget level can access the same quality of work. The rate is different. The work isn't.

Rates are determined by a simple set of criteria — straightforward, transparent, and never awkward to ask about. Use the form below to tell me about your project and your organization, and I'll confirm which rate applies.

TIER 1

Standard
$115/hr

For corporations, agencies, SaaS companies, and well-funded organizations.

TIER 2

Mission-Aligned $90/hr

For small-to-mid nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven groups with demonstrated need. This isn’t a vibe check — I use a simple set of criteria to determine eligibility.

TIER 3

Community Partner
$40/hr

For mission-driven organizations and local independent businesses with an annual operating budget under $250K.

Requires Minuscule Studio design credit on all delivered work.

Criteria-based — reach out and we’ll talk through it.

TIER 4

Grassroots & Neighbors

I reserve a limited number of hours each year for grassroots and volunteer-run organizations with custom pricing.

These projects require a formal agreement and design credit, and are offered at my discretion.
